Kaylee Just Turned Five Years Old
>??????ve to say that kaylee’s 5th Birthday was more than just a Birthday celebration!! Kaylee had a Big Birthday Party at her house and got every thing she wished for. Which was the same old thing she always wishes for, which is any thing to do with being a princess. At this point she really has more than any one little girl needs, but it is still fun to watch her get excited every time she sees a new princess dress. Thank you for all the Happy Birthday post, I am printing out this page for Kaylee’s scrap book so she can look back and see how many people cared and thought about her on a daily bases. Thanks again and God Bless.

USA TODAY SAID Several states, including Missouri, have signaled that if the court permits the death penalty for child rape in Louisiana, they may try to enact such laws. Five states already plainly allow capital punishment for raping young children. Social workers warn that if the court sanctions the penalty for child rape, it could further discourage reporting of the crime because in the majority of child sexual assaults, the attacker is a relative or friend of the victim.
The dispute the justices will hear next Wednesday arises as prosecutors nationwide are obtaining significantly fewer death sentences annually than a decade ago. A de facto moratorium on capital punishment is also in place while the Supreme Court considers a separate dispute over lethal injection.
Louisiana argues that national outrage over sex crimes against children, along with efforts by some states to make rape a death penalty offense, should lead the court to uphold a Louisiana death sentence for Patrick Kennedy.
The trend, asserts Juliet Clark, assistant Jefferson Parish district attorney, “strongly supports imposition of the death penalty for this exceedingly grave offense.”
Kennedy’s lawyer counters that there are signs that society believes death is excessive for rape, including that no one in America has been executed for any rape in more than 43 years. “Although rape is a very serious crime,” attorney Jeffrey Fisher says, “no rapist should be punished more severely than the average … murderer, who by definition is not subject to capital punishment.” The death penalty has traditionally been reserved for the worst of society’s criminals.

Texas Solicitor General Ted Cruz, who will argue on behalf of nine other states supporting Louisiana’s position, says, “The Constitution permits democratically elected legislatures to choose to allow the most serious punishment for the very worst child rapists.”
The states that have signed Cruz’s brief are Texas, Alabama, Colorado, Idaho, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Washington.
Among the groups siding with Kennedy, who is African-American, are the American Civil Liberties Union, which emphasizes the South’s history of executing blacks for rape more often than whites, and the National Association of Social Workers.

Pope vows to bar pedophiles becoming priests
ABOARD THE PAPAL PLANE (Reuters) – Pope Benedict said on Tuesday he was “deeply ashamed” over sexual abuse of children by priests and vowed to do everything possible to stop pedophiles entering the priesthood in future.
“We will absolutely exclude pedophiles from the sacred ministry,” he told reporters accompanying him on his first trip as pope to the United States.
“We are deeply ashamed and will do whatever is possible so that this does not happen in the future,” he said on board the plane to Washington.
The U.S. trip is the first by a pontiff since a wave of sex abuse scandals began in 2002, provoking lawsuits that have forced dioceses to pay more than $2 billion in settlements.
Benedict said the Church will do everything possible in screening candidates for the priesthood “so that only really sound persons can be admitted.”
“It is more important to have good priests than to have many priests,” said the pontiff, who will be greeted upon arrival at Andrews Air Force Base by U.S. President George W. Bush.
The pope is expected to discuss sexual abuse again during the six-day trip to the United States, during which he also will pray at Ground Zero in New York and address the United Nations.
Flagging the issue ahead of arrival, he said abuse had caused “great suffering” to the Church in the United States.
“If I read the histories of these victims, it’s difficult for me to understand how it was possible that priests betrayed in this way their mission to give healing, to give the love of God to these children,” he said.
A poll released this month by the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life showed the German-born pope was viewed favorably by most Americans, but was not as popular as his predecessor John Paul II.
The pope, who will also mark the third anniversary of his election during the trip, has said he hopes the visit will lead to a spiritual renewal in America.
He addresses the United Nations on Friday and has said he aims to draw attention to the need for greater peace and justice around the world.
In New York, Benedict will also make a brief stop at a synagogue to wish the city’s Jewish community a happy Passover.
He ends the trip on Sunday after visiting Ground Zero, the site of the World Trade Center towers destroyed in the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States. He will also say Mass at Yankee Stadium.

Berrien Springs Police Say Arrest Made in Child Porn Case

Berrien Springs Police say that an arrest has been made in a child porn case involving a man from Indiana. It all started in March, when officers were called out to an apartment on Kephart Lane for a domestic violence complaint. 28 year-old Jeremy Park had alleged that his wife assaulted him…and although no arrests were made in that incident, it did lead to a child welfare case stemming from the poor living conditions officers saw in the apartment while they were there. As part of that investigation, Parks’ one year-old daughter was taken into protective custody, and his laptop seized by police, who later found pornographic images and videos of an underage female on it. Berrien County Trial Court issued an arrest warrant for Parks earlier this month…and he was finally picked up by police in Indiana on Thursday. He’s now being held in a South Bend Jail on charges of child pornography and criminal use of a computer, awaiting extradition to Berrien County.
I am so HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!! i just read in today newspaper that creep finally got arrested, thats right front page news. a pediphile, they said they found more than 50 to 100 phongrapic photos of young girls on his computer, they also removed his boy son from the home of his wife and he is in foster care, cant believe the system let this happen to little kaylee still letting this creep continue to have visitation. paper says Dr Phil will be doing a story on this soon. I know your mom and grandmom haven’t posted anything except the legal troubles but I am exttremely happy you will no longer have to endure horrific abuse. Hopefully this will be an upswing. Hi there, I have never posted before but check the site often since I saw the story on the Dr. Phil show. I hope everything is okay with Kaylee, it has been so long since anything was updated (which I understand based on the reasons that Bonii has given.) I was just wondering if everything was okay with Kaylee and that she was still away from Jeremy. I noticed a while back that Bonii had said the CPS case was closed and then had another post regarding Jeremy and Danielle that was quickly taken down, so I assumed that this was done to protect Kaylee. Any information would be greatly appreciated, I think of Kaylee often, but know that the most important thing is to protect her, not update this website. You have been very blessed by some of the ladies who visit this website and are helping you. God bless you and I will continue to pray for Kaylee.
I just came across a re-run of Dr. Phil and saw Kaylee’s story. I couldn’t wait until the next day to find out if she is ok… so I looked her up on the Internet.

I recently received a call from my sister, she has been having panic attacks after starting therapy. Between the ages of 6 and 9 she was molested by a neighbor. She is now 48 years old and is finally dealing with the trauma that was inflicted upon her and our family by a monster.
Our parents were instucted never to talk about the molestation with her, they were told she’s young, she’ll get over it. Don’t make her re-live the trauma. After she swallowed way too many anti-seizures meds twice, she was sent to a child psychologist (she was 10 years old). She later told us she figured out what the doctors wanted to hear and that’s all she fed them, even if it was all a lie.
She started drinking when she was 11 and doing drugs at 14. All in an attempt to mask the pain. After graduating from college, she applied for law school, unfortunately her drugs and drinking caught up with her and law school never happened.
Today she has been clean and sober for 25 years! She has had some difficulties due to her life style choices that seem to be a direct result of being molested. I’m hopeful that with the help of a good therapist she will . be able to exercise her demons once and for all. Forty (40) years is way too long for anyone to suffer from the abuse of a monster.
BTW The trial lasted almost two years, he had multiple counts against him, he had victimized almost half of the children in our neighborhood and he was a repeat offender. The sob was sentanced to 17 years in a state mental treatment center, he served about half that time before he was released to another unsuspecting neighorhood. IMHO He should have remained in prison until he died, so he could never distroy another child.
Your little Kaylee and all the other children deserve a better world, we need tougher laws and tougher sentances to protect all the children these monsters prey on.

This vile man Jeremy deserves to rot in jail, I watched the episodes relating to Kaylee on Doctor Phil. I don’t know how Doctor Phil was not able to do more than he did. Surely he must have enough power and influence to have been more proactive in stopping this creep having any access to Kaylee whatsoever. Predator, vile, vile person when I was watching him on Television I was squirming it was so obvious he was lying.
