We are going through the same thing right now. CPS closed the sexual molestation investigation stating, “unable to determine.” Had us take child to therapist, therapist called CPS worker to report sexual outcry and she wont return calls. She closed the case and transferred it to Family Services. Mom has since moved to New Mexico and they’re saying we have to give the child back till New Mexico protective services takes over. This makes no since whatsoever. How is this child being protected? I don’t know what to do, any advice, please?

When I first saw the episode on little Kaylee, I didn’t know what to think. One part of me believed the accusations being made, and another part of me didn’t because there are instances of both women and men making accusations against each other in order for custody (sole). I’m glad that justice was served for your granddaughter, Bonii, and I hope Krista is doing okay. I want to apologize for not believing you both at first, primarily because your granddaughter didn’t deserve the heinous act her “father” committed. No one deserves that. I hope Kaylee is doing fine as well, and hopefully her father will no longer have custody. I think he should be sterilized.

Well concerning Shelby, I too was a victim of sexual abuse and was molested even more in foster care. So in reality folks it is the way America works. America was never good they stole land from innocent Indians killed dozens of children satanic sacrifices. So Mr. Martin is doing his daughter every night because the Judge is in on the tasting of a child’s young virginal flesh is appealing to them they want US to shut up and take the sexual enslavement of young small girls. And maybe even participate these girls will cry now beg for their innocence and later on as they get used to their daddies penetrating them forcing them to become sexual they too..will succumb submissively to the thrusts of him inside of her…forgetting themselves..forgetting the lost of their innocence liking the forced orgasms and tears to come down their faces. I know Jeremy did this to his daughter because his woman left him..ladies men have been doing this for centuries. This is what their gene makeup is made of SEX. They will make you like it. Degrading us is what makes them feel inferior to us. I know this what harsh bt I am a victim and spoken truthfully I now have no parents all failed sexually addictive relationships. I fantasize of my sexual abuse while having sex only because it is all I know. And nothing else is evident in my life. Thanks to the legal system of America. One word: Run with your little girls across the border and never look back forget him forget trying to keep her the right way. What is right is wrong to the System.

I know allto well about the injustice in the Berrien County Court’s and Protective Services. My son started telling me when he was three that his father was molesting him.He is almost eight years old and still telling me the same things.His dad is a Benton Township police officer in Berrien County mi.And they have done a good job at trying to cover up what he is doing .It’s a long story but i need some help. people would not believe the stories if you heard about my son and the injustice. Hi! I did see the Dr. Phil show just a few weeks ago here in Finland and I did knew for the beginning that Jeremy is a sick liar!! Everything i want to know is that Kaylee are okay and the other thing which i want to hear is that ARE JEREMY IN JAIL? What happened to him after the Dr. Phil show?
